Evan was a dream realtor. He came recommended by my best friend from high school so I trusted him completely to get my many needs met. He answered my emails and texts at all time of the weekend. I always felt like his number one priority which is so rare today. He knew of the perfect fit and we were waiting for it to hit the market. My folks needed a ground floor unit, parking, gym, and security. They landed at the Brannan which is an amazing building. On a personal note he a great sense of humor, is a smart dresser, and he does the AIDS Ride...just a pleasure of a human.

Evan is a saint! Anyone who is willing to deal with us newbies is deserving of a medal and perhaps a bottle of wine! The good news is, newbies we are no longer. Evan was so helpful; answering calls and emails at all hours, he worked diligently to keep the transaction moving, even when faced with responsibilities that weren't on the buyers side. You can tell that he cares deeply about his clients and ultimately he got us in at steal! His top priority is making the whole thing as seem less as possible!
