Evan knows that the Bay Area can be as challenging a place to buy real estate as it is to sell. Luckily for his mostly repeat and referral clients, he also knows how to overcome challenges with ease. He’s been living in San Francisco since 2007 when his career as a flight attendant landed him in the Bay Area, and he has a passion for the unique homes that define its neighborhoods — especially Victorians and Edwardians.

Licensed since 2012, Evan traces his interest in real estate back to childhood, when he’d accompany his mother, an interior designer, to work. She taught him how to create inviting, flowing spaces, and he now uses this ability to showcase his sellers’ homes and get them the best possible prices. Evan’s degree in marketing and advertising is bolstered by experience as an advertising account executive, and all of his clients benefit from his out-of-the-box marketing strategies and internet savvy.

Since Evan grew up in a military family, he understands how important it is to have a place to call home. That’s why he donates a portion of every commission to A Home for a Home, a consortium of agents, contractors, and lenders that help build homes for people in need. During off-work hours, he volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and stays active by playing tennis, cycling, and doing yoga. Every year for the past nine years, he’s ridden in the AIDS Lifecycle, the largest fundraiser for HIV/AIDS in the world.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?
GA great work/life balance. I don't like to be too idle so I love to work hard but I also love to play hard. Travel and experiencing other people and cultures brings me joy!

What is your current state of mind?
Optimistic for what lays ahead

Which talent would you most like to have?
To fly. It would make getting to appointments so much easier and most cost effective.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?
I have participated in the Aids Lifecycle 10 times. It's a bike ride from San Francisco to LA to help raise funds to eliminate HIV and AIDS. It also helps support both the SF and LA LBGT communities.

Where would you most like to live?
Paris or London. I lived in England for many years as a child and when I visit it feels like home. But Paris is just amazing. Truly the city of Lights and Love.

What is your most treasured possession?
My bed. A good night's sleep is always appreciated.

What is your most marked characteristic?
I believe my most marked characteristic is my adaptability. Throughout my career, I've demonstrated the ability to quickly learn and excel in diverse environments.

What is your motto?
My motto in real estate is 'Turning Dreams into real estate Bliss.' I firmly believe that every individual's journey in finding a home is a unique and personal experience. My goal is not just to facilitate transactions, but to understand the dreams and aspirations of my clients and help them find the perfect address that aligns with their lifestyle and goals.
