Get to Know Me

Chris Lim loves real estate, architecture, and design. It’s in his DNA—a true family affair. His father was a builder, his mother an agent, and his sister an interior designer. Chris thrives on every aspect of the real estate process, from marketing and negotiating to contracts and open houses. He’s half Korean, half Polish, and 100% unstoppable. Over his career, he has helped clients build millions in equity. Yes, millions.

Most of his clients work with him more than once—a testament to his expertise and dedication. His dream home, a rare mid-century Eichler on Glen Park Canyon, was made possible by the equity from four previous home purchases, starting with a 450-square-foot studio he flipped in 2004. His real estate portfolio now spans everything from parking spots and tiny homes to micro-resorts, land, condos, and multifamily properties.

Chris isn’t just about making deals; he’s about making dreams come true—the American Dream. He’s built and sold a real estate company, led a global real estate network, and still finds joy in helping clients achieve their home ownership goals. His staging warehouse, filled with a curated collection of modern and mid-century furniture, is always ready for the next listing. For Chris, real estate isn’t just about selling homes—it’s about creating them.

Since 2002, Chris has sold thousands of homes. Many of his clients have returned for his expertise, some as many as eight times. He believes property is more than an investment; it’s an asset class that builds generational wealth. His phone? Always within reach, and he answers within three rings. Call him and see for yourself.
