For Michael Baldasarra, being a real estate agent is about more than helping someone find a home; it’s about having the privilege and opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life and future. And Michael’s clients have experienced that impact through his knowledge, loyalty, and integrity.
Michael is a San Francisco native and has lived in Northern California his entire life. He studied business in college but was always attracted to real estate, architecture, and finding properties that fit people and their lifestyles. Complementing Michael’s business insight, creativity, and helpful nature are the relationship skills he acquired in his previous role as the director of training and recruiting for a dot.com company.
Michael began his real estate career in property management and leasing, and he believes that clients deserve a partner who truly has their best interests at heart. As an agent, he’s consistently excelled. He broke the top 5% in sales volume for several years straight at his previous agency, and he has served on the boards of several real estate organizations. In 2017, he was the chairperson of the Alameda Association of Realtors®’ Bay East Chapter and the director for the California Association of Realtors®. Currently, Michael sits on the Local Government Relations Committee for the Alameda Chapter of the Bay East Association of Realtors®.
Michael lives in Alameda and enjoys spending his free time hanging out with his French bulldog, Stella, snowboarding, working out, traveling, and relaxing with his friends and family. An avid learner, Michael is currently studying Italian, taking online cooking classes, and expanding his real estate knowledge to enhance the service he offers. He also volunteers for the annual Alameda Beach Cleanup and the Housing Affordability Fund.
